Simply excellent dumpling forms that by design (finish and shape) far exceed some of the previous plastic forms I’ve used in the past. These are uniform and unlike plastic do not bend. The dumplings that come out are consistent and do not ‘spill out’ the back - a problem I have encountered with other products.

These “dumpling” presses are just what I wanted! I tried them with am Irish paties recipe made with sausage and potato stuffing with a mustard sauce. These presses made it so easy. I just rolled out the dough and used the press unfolded to cutout the circle.

It takes a bit of practice to figure out how to use these presses— how much filling to add and where to position it for success—but once you get the hang of how to do it without getting filling stuck in the edges it works great!
