Excellent for making perfect omelettes. Flipping can be a bit challenging as it takes a few practices to ensure that food does not drip outside of the pan. Need to do it in one quick, steady motion.

This is a quality product. I wanted it mostly for omelets and they turn out great. I made sunny side up eggs and used just one side, closing the other. I didn't even have to flip it to make "over easy" style.

This is a great omelet pan. It is big...and can accommodate at least 3 eggs per omelet. Some people seemed to have problems with the eggs spilling out. You have to let the eggs cook first in the pan so that they aren't runny.

Got it yesterday and used it today. I read quite a few reviews and was terrified to flip it, not once, but twice. I let the eggs setup and flipped no problem.
